At Donako, we pay particular attention to ensuring the high quality and reliability of the punching dies and tools we design, which is reflected in the many positive customer references we’ve received.

For years, our R&D department has used modern techniques to design and validate our  tools which means that we can use the most modern materials to build them.

Donako has 36 ranges of punching dies, both conventional and progressive. We design punching dies for stators, rotors and poles and complete tooling to build cores.

• Sizes of punched items up to 1250 mm.
• We specialize in designing tooling for production of electrical machinery cores.
• We design automated production lines for manufacturing wind generator stacks for GE, Siemens, and Vestas.
